1st on the 2010 Triple S!
This year the Triple S really showed how the riders have stepped up the level of riding. We had Ian Alldredge ripping on the waves, Dre with his spotless style hitting the rails and Flexifoil’s own 5x World champ Aaron Hadlow throwing sick freestyle tricks. Those were the winners for the men for each category and Brandon Scheid took the overall win having ridden solidly in all 3 categories.
For the women I took the win on the overall :))), with a 1st on Slicks, 1st on Surf and a second on Sliders. On the last one I lost to Lulu, who had a well deserved win shredding that big John Wayne rail!
As always I had a great time in Hatteras and I’m already looking forward for next years.

Flexifoil USA team rider Billy Parker overpowered the competition in the recent Waterman’s Challenge event in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. The grueling triathlon style event consisted of a 10 mile Kiteboard race, followed by 50 yard sprint on the beach, straight to a 2 mile Stand Up Paddle with the first half going directly into 3 foot chop with a 20 knot head wind, another 50 yard sprint up the beach and back into the rough ocean for an exhausting 50 yard swim, finally finishing up with one last 25 yard sprint to the finish. Sound fun? The exhausting event was no problem for Flexifoil rider Billy Parker. In the kite race, equipped with his new 12.5 Ion 2010 Billy broke away from the pack and just about lapped the other competitors. Although the remainder of the race was challenging, due to his massive lead Billy had no problem finishing 20 minutes before the rest of the pack. Way to go Billy!
